Lloyds Bank Leadership Workshops
Working with Lloyds Bank over several years, the programme was a comprehensive end-to-end service which was able to assess the need and opportunity, design a unique programme for different levels and groups which was refined over time, and supported by 121 coaching with the most senior leaders.
This achieved significant positive feedback as people recognised the cultural, leadership and behavioural opportunities and were eager to be part of the change.

As the HR Director for Commerical, Marketing and International Sourcing we designed, developed and refined over several years a new approach to leadership development. There was a significant need for developing talent from within to resource a fast growing business. At the time Tesco was the UK’s largest private employer, and the second most profitable retailer in the world, employing 530,000 people in 12 trading markets. Our innovative talent development approach became the success model for Tesco, and was adopted across the UK and international business.

Jaguar Land Rover Leadership Workshops
Working with the HR team at Jaguar Land Rover to create a more customer centric culture across senior and middle management. Designed, developed and facilitated leadership workshops with the senior leadership team to develop a more customer focussed and effective ways of working.
This involved cross functional working to explore the issues and barriers they were facing, and develop new solutions to deliver more proactive customer service in a challenging work environment.
